Mission:
To provide MCA members with a valuable training opportunity, which will promote both professional and personal growth.

Goals:  

• Plan and organize an annual Fall Training Instutute that will meet the needs of the MCA membership.

• Provide a training that will attract a diverse population of participants.

• Promote teamwork in order to arrange a conference that will attract new members to join the organization and participate in the planning process.

• Offer a conference with quality programming within budgetary parameters.

• Conduct committee meetings on a monthly basis or as needed.

Meetings:
The Committee meets bi-monthly and more often as the need arises.
