Mission:

The purpose of this committee is to seek candidates for each office to form the Executive Committee-- President-Elect, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer.

Goals:

• Present at least six (6)  candidates for each office to the Executive Committee from which at least three (3) candidates will be nominated for each vacant office. 

• Prepare ballots for the election, including the option for write-in candidates.

• Send ballots to each member at least 30 days in advance of the Annual meeting or conduct the election at the Annual Fall Training Institute.

• Announce election results at the Annual Meeting
