EXHIBITORS

The Minnesota Corrections Association (MCA) invites you to exhibit your products, programs, and services to approximately 1,000 federal, state, county, and private correctional institutions and community corrections professionals at our annual Fall Training Institute.  The conference will be held at the DECC in Duluth, MN.  The conference will take place Wednesday, October 29, Thursday, October 30, and half the day of Friday, October 31, 2009.  The exhibit area or “Resource Fair” is open during the initial two-days of the MCA Fall Institute.

The exhibit fee is $250.00 for non-profit organizations and $475.00 for profit organizations. This includes an eight-foot skirted table and drapery.  The conference schedule will allow time slots specifically allocated for the Resource Fair.  Booths can be set up beginning on Wednesday, October 29 at 7:00 a.m., and it is requested that booths not be removed until 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 29, 2007.

A completed registration form and full payment need to be received to hold an exhibit table.
Registration forms and full payment need to be received no later than SEPTEMBER 15, 2008, or a $25.00 late fee will be imposed.
