Hearthstone of Minnesota provides therapeutic family-model group home services for male youth ages 12-17 with emotional and behavioral disturbances. Youth must be able to benefit from a family care setting and engage in an appropriate education plan within the local school and community.  Hearthstone accepts referrals for youth with a history of high risk behaviors, including EJJ youth. Our six homes are located throughout the metro area.
