2008 Board of Directors

Officers
The officers of the association, elected by the membership, consist of the President, President-Elect, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Together with the immediate Past President, comprise the Executive Committee. Its purpose is to recommend an annual budget to the full Board of Directors, appoint chairs and committee members, recommend amendments to the Constitution and by-laws of the Association for approval by the Board of Directors and to negotiate terms of employment and review performance of the Executive Director. The President acts as Chair of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.
