Space Strategies (depending on security level)
- Programs held in cell blocks
a. Table games, puzzles, cards, etc.
b. VCR connected to TV’s for movies or special programming
c. Educational programming through cable TV
d. Computers & typewriters
- Conduct space needs analysis – identify open rooms & hallways
- Outside and inside (facility) programming (per classification)
a. Trailer placed outside facility
b. Transported by outside volunteers – example: volunteers take inmates to help
with the local food shelf

a. VCR, computers, games, drywriting board, typewriter, tapes, boom-box,
stair stepper, foosball table, etc.
